Police Lt. Nario Cahigas, Investigation and Management Division chief of the Dagupan police station, identified the fatalities as John Denver Ranzo, 32, and Roger Ravanzo. The suspects – Orlando Narmola, chief “tanod” (watchman); Dexter Narnola; Rodolfo Narnola, tanod; Laila Narnola, and Charlie Bartazar, all residents of Barangay Calmay here – surrendered to the police after the incident. This information is accurate as of April 1. Today’s report brings the total number of people with confirmed cases since the outbreak began to 467,016 and confirmed deaths remain at 8,105. Of the 13 deaths reported today, four were middle-aged people (35 to 64) and nine were elderly (65 and older). One of the confirmed deaths happened in December 2020. The other 12 others occurred within the past 10 days, DHEC reported.
